No prior experience is necessary for our beginner programs. We welcome athletes of all skill levels and design training accordingly.
Comfortable athletic clothing, appropriate footwear for your sport, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! Sport-specific equipment will be provided for trial sessions.
Athletes are grouped primarily by skill level and age, ensuring appropriate training intensity and social dynamics.
Yes, we offer a limited number of merit-based and need-based scholarships. Please contact us for more information about our scholarship program.
