Early bird is for the first 20 paid registrations in each category. After that, that category moves to regular pricing. Playing doubles? Add one singles event for the same player at ₹699 instead of ₹899 while early bird is open in that singles category.

Round robin. Two matches minimum.
Round-robin pools followed by knockouts. Minimum two matches per confirmed category entry.

Rules and eligibility
- Tournament is intended for adult recreational and intermediate players.
- Current professional coaches and active state- or national-ranked players are not eligible.
- The organiser's eligibility decision is final.
- Mavis 350 nylon shuttles will be used.
- Every confirmed category entry receives a minimum of two matches.
- Match schedules and reporting times will be shared before the event.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Players must report at their assigned time.
- Full prize eligibility may be subject to a minimum number of entries in that category.
- GameFit may combine, reschedule or cancel an undersubscribed category and communicate the applicable refund or transfer options.
- Men's 35+ entrants must be at least 35 years old on 25 October 2026.
- A player aged 35+ may enter Open, 35+, or both, if that category is still open.
